We stand behind our products. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how you can return an item. We only accept returns for defective or transit‑damaged products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, “no longer needed,” or any non‑defective reasons. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Defective items (fails to work as intended, material flaw).
  • Damaged in transit (physical damage to item or packaging that affects the product).
  • Report within 72 hours of delivery: You must email us within 72 hours of the tracking status “delivered” with proof (photos of outer box, packaging, and damage). Late reports may be declined.
  • Non‑defective returns are not accepted.

2. Return Steps (Defect/Damage)

  1. Contact us at support@ryzecaffeine.shop with subject “RETURN – ORDER #[your order number]”.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description.
  3. Review & return label: Within 1–2 business days we will evaluate and email you a prepaid shipping label (if approved). We cover return shipping costs for approved defect/damage returns.
  4. Ship the item using the provided label (you must drop off at any carrier location).
  5. Inspection & refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect/damage, we process the refund.

3. Refund Method & Timing

Original payment method: All refunds are issued to the original PayPal account used at purchase (we do not issue store credit, checks, or alternative methods). This is “原路退回”.

Processing time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account. We do not control bank processing times.

4. Non‑Refundable Fees (Cancellation & Payment Fees)

If you cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund of the product price and tax. However, any fees charged by PayPal, your credit card issuer, or banks (such as foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or cross‑border fees) are non‑refundable because these are third‑party charges that we do not receive. This is explicitly stated: “payment provider charges are not refunded.”

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defect / damage returns: We provide a prepaid label — you pay nothing.
  • Non‑defective returns: Not accepted. If you send back a non‑defective item at your own expense, we will either refuse the package or hold it; no refund will be issued, and you will be responsible for return shipping back to you if you wish to retrieve it.

6. No “Final解释权” Clause

We do not use phrases like “final解释权,” “we have the sole right to interpret,” or “we reserve the right to refuse any refund at our discretion.” This policy is binding and transparent. Any dispute will be handled according to these written terms and applicable law.
