Welcome to Cattywampus! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ryzecaffeine.shop (the “Site”) and any purchases you make. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1.1 General. Cattywampus sells physical goods online. We offer our products exclusively to customers located in the United States (all 50 states). We do not accept orders for international delivery, nor do we ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any address outside the 50 states.

1.2 Customization. We do not offer customized, personalized, or made‑to‑order products. All items are sold as described on the respective product page.

1.3 Acceptance. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if we suspect fraud or cannot verify your information).

2. Account Registration & Browsing

2.1 No registration required. You may browse our Site and even complete a purchase without creating an account. Guest checkout is available. If you choose to create an account, you may do so to speed up future checkouts and view order history.

2.2 Account responsibility. If you register, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@ryzecaffeine.shop.

3. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

4.1 Pricing. All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order (subject to typographical errors).

4.2 Taxes. Applicable sales tax (based on your shipping address and state laws) will be calculated and shown at checkout. You are responsible for all taxes imposed on the sale.

4.3 Shipping costs. Shipping is free on all orders – we offer free standard shipping only (see Shipping Policy). No handling or surcharges are added.

4.4 Additional fees. There are no optional fees, no hidden fees. Any charges (product total + tax) are fully disclosed before you complete payment. We do not charge any fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

5. Payment Methods & Process

5.1 Accepted methods. We accept PayPal only (including payments via credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance processed through PayPal). We do not directly process credit cards; all payments are handled securely by PayPal.

5.2 Payment flow. When you place an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or pay as a guest. After successful authorization, you will be returned to our Site and receive an order confirmation. Your order is not confirmed until payment is fully approved by PayPal.

5.3 Non‑refundable payment fees. If you cancel an order or receive a refund for a defective item, we refund the full product amount (including tax) to your original PayPal account. However, any fees charged by PayPal, your card issuer, or your bank (such as currency conversion fees, cross‑border fees, or chargeback fees) are non‑refundable. These are third‑party charges we do not control. This is explicitly stated: “payment provider charges are not refunded.”

6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns (Summary)

• We ship only to the 50 U.S. states via Standard Shipping (no express).
• Shipping is always free; free shipping means delivery to your address only – no installation, unpacking, or assembly.
• We accept returns only for defective or transit‑damaged items reported within 72 hours of delivery. Non‑defective returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) after we receive and inspect the return.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership. All content on the Site – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, icons, software, and the overall “look and feel” – is the property of Cattywampus or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks. “Cattywampus” and the Cattywampus logo are trademarks of Cattywampus LLC. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in legal action.
